Payment for your holiday is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Any bank fees/commission charges etc.’ incurred to Freeridespain will be deducted from any refund. All cancellations made within four weeks of your arrival date at Freeridespain are non-refundable.

FREERIDESPAIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CURTAIL OR STOP ANY GUEST RIDING IF HE/SHE DOES NOT FOLLOW SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

As Mountain Biking is an 'activity' sport. All participants should be fit and healthy, any medical problems should be discussed with your doctor and us before booking. In order to provide you with the best holiday possible please inform Freeridespain of any disability you may have prior to your arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel (without refund) riding under adverse weather conditions, i.e. when it is extremely windy or visibility is low.

Mountain Biking is classified as a HIGH RISK sport and is carried out entirely at your own risk. All guests MUST have full travel insurance. Freeridespain cannot accept responsibility for injury illness or damage caused beyond their control. All guests MUST wear a helmet when riding and bring with them an E 1-11 (or latest equivalent) form obtainable from most UK post offices.
